What an incredible experience. I recently got a steal on a used Toyota Rav 4, but the only caveat was the bumpers needed to be replaced. Initially I was quoted at an incredibly high price from another shop. So I went to Lakeville Auto Body for a second opinion, and Patrick almost cut the quote in half! Not only did they put on brand new OEM bumpers, they also touched up some other spots on the car, making it look almost brand new! Patrick is a fantastic guy who will always go above and beyond for his customers. Top notch customer service, honest quotes, and high quality work! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, and his dog is an absolute sweetheart as well! I will 100% be recommending anyone who needs auto body work done to come here.

My experience with Lakeville Auto Body was nothing less than exceptional! I got quotes from several shops and and not only was Lakeville over $1,500. less than the lowest quote I received elsewhere, the repair looks far better than I imagined AND my car was spotless when I picked it up, what a magnificent surprise! I worked with Patrick who its clearly an artist, he had the work done expertly and in less time than expected. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend using lakeville Auto Body!

I am so impressed with Lakeville Auto Body! Patrick, the owner and his team are truly amazing. I was rear ended on the freeway, leaving my car pretty crunched up. I initially brought it to another shop in the area to look at and was told my car was not safe to drive and to bring it in when I had approval from the 3rd party insurance company. The next day I stopped at Lakeville Auto, concerned about the safety & damages; Patrick also told me it was not safe to drive and immediately got on the ground, slid under the car and worked on straightening out the tailpipe, which was about a foot from where it should have been. But he didn't stop there; he got his tools and spend another 15 minutes working on it until he felt it was safe to drive. When he asked me if I had a claim # and an adjustor, I gave him the info. He got on the phone and insisted in a pleasant but firm manner that I needed a rental car immediately. This was about 3 days after the accident and I wasn't getting much support from the insurance company. Within 45 minutes after Patrick's call, I had a rental. The work was somewhat extensive--2+ weeks in the shop. Patrick kept me informed during the entire process and when the work was completed & I picked it up, my 7 year old car looked almost brand new. Perfect paint job, super clean in & out and it runs beautifully. I agree with the other reviews--I would give Lakeville Auto 10 stars if I could. This company sets the bar very high.

I'm new to the area and unfortunately got rear-ended just a month after moving here (I've been here only a month and a half!). Not knowing where to go for auto work, I visited four different shops for estimates--and I'm so glad I chose Lakeville.

Patrick, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of both me and my car. The work was completed on time, and the results were flawless--my car truly looks brand new. He even helped me arrange a rental car, which made the entire process so much easier. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated.

I'll definitely be returning for any future repairs and highly recommend Lakeville to anyone in need of top-quality work and genuine customer care. Plus, Patrick has great dogs that make every visit even better!

I recently had a minor self inflicted dent in my vehicle. I took it to Lakeville Auto Body and Patrick evaluated the repair costs and time frame for said repairs. The work was completed within the time frame and you'd never know it was repaired. I highly recommend using Lakeville Auto Body for all your repairs.

So I buy a new car and a month later I get a hit in a parking lot from an unknown. I don't like my cars not perfect so I start thinking of ways to fix it. Having experience in the auto business first thing I think is, I can fix that. After thinking of what tools I have to buy and materials I say to myself maybe I should just go see what it cost for a pro to fix it. I have been to Lakeville Auto Body before in Petaluma. As it turns out I ran into Patrick Doherty, the new owner of about a year. I told him there was no dent and frankly I just wanted to see any paint back on the hit area. Patrick, whom I had never met, says while here are the three ways to fix it. I stated while I just want paint back on it. He than says to me, while why don't I just touch it up for you now and if that works fine and if you can't live with it we can do a full job on it. Of course I almost feel over. He stopped what he was doing got some tools and paint and he was done. He never tried to sell me anything. He is a great find and I encourage those who need help to check him out. 707.778.1622.

Patrick and crew came to the rescue - our van's sliding door was not operating - - it was a complicated repair (which was verified) - they ordered the correct American part and installed in on a holiday - how is that for service - I was so pleased I asked them to do a few other minor repairs - they took care of those quickly for a nominal charge /

Patrick, the owner, knows his cars for sure - while looking around the shop the staff were working hard on many beautiful vintage autos - obviously they are very talented but took my "not so exciting" situation on and treated it like it was a vehicle featured in "Car and Driver" magazine - thank you fellows !
